Kung Fu Pandas & Superhero Canines With the success of Toy Story, the face of animated films changed forever. In a little over than a decade, traditional 2D cell animation has become replaced with computer generated images and the animated feature film business has exploded into multi-billion dollar industry. Join us as Kristina Reed, VP, Production at Walt Disney Animation Studios and former Production Executive at Dreamworks Animation, guides us through the creation of the modern feature animated film. Drawing from Kung Fu Panda and Bolt as case studies, Kristina will take us step by step through both the creative and production process and then answer questions for those of us who still wonder what they feed the animals on the render farm.
